Gourmet Catering by DESRON is a subsidiary of Dan Family Catering LLC.  We are a family owned and operated business providing Gourmet Catering service at the most affordable price.  We have been in business for over 15 years.  Our family company started a food based operation within the City of Ottawa/Carlton Region in Canada.  The battle to achieve this status is a story in itself and one to definitely write about. 

With all the hard work and sacrifice, we are now based from our commercial business in Coral Springs, Florida.  With a passion for cooking and catering, our company strives to produce a top quality and most satisfying job to all our clients, which include, Corporate, Social and Private functions within the City of Coral Springs.  We are also reaching clients around the world!  Along with catering, we supply local restaurants with our products and our signature pastries.
